I doubt the 16 Plus and 16 will use A17 Pro - rather I think they'll use A18. A17 Pro is built on TSMC's N3B process node, a custom process node built for Apple when Apple was desperate for 3nm and N3E wasn't ready. N3B offers lower yields, higher manufacturing complexity, and higher cost. Apple is desperately trying to retire N3B which is why the iPad Pro got the M4 (the first device to get M4) instead of the M3 - M4 is built on N3E. Apple would've greatly preferred that the M4 be introduced in the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro, but Apple intends to retire M3 so they can get off the N3B process node. That throws off a _bunch_ of your stats as they're all based on the SoC which the lower cost phones will contain.
