I don't pick the servers. One of the times when I played with Kia we played on a night map and that game play has already been given to you, not that you would notice: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1byzG7dEx3c.html
Know your audience. In this case the person asked about game play from night maps. Did you know this person has asked for this very same thing in comments on videos prior to the one that I linked that contains the footage he requested? Did you know this person commented on the very video I linked which shows the game play he requested. So either he watched the video and chose to ignore it or doesn't watch the videos and just asks questions in the comments. I answer more questions than most but when someone is going out of their way to waste my time I tend to be sarcastic but for some dumb reason I still end up answering the question.
Ravic thanks for responding homie. I use Final Cut Pro right now as Im on a MacBook Pro that I got a couple weeks ago. Always wanted to try premiere. I’m a graphic design major so this is my job
Why don't they make the spot marker transparent when you're looking through a scope? It wouldn't necessarily solve tank abuse, but it seems like there's relatively easy ways to fix it.
You have to understand something first. DICE doesn't think there is anything wrong with the idea of 3D spotting and how it functions in BF1. There have been numerous suggestions to this issue however DICE has shown no interest in those as they feel the mechanic is necessary for the casual audience they are trying to attract and keep interested in the game.
Do you think it would be a good idea to have an indicator when you are spotted? I think it would be pretty annoying as people would jump behind cover as soon as they know and snipers would never stay prone again if they knew someone was trying to line em up.
It's just logical thinking when going through the issues. Fog, dust storms, smoke rarely obstruct or hide the 3D spot icon over a player's head even though their player model can't be seen through those things. They've never been able to fix that issue with smoke in BF3 or BF4 so I don't expect DICE to be able to fix it in BF1. So if you can't fix that issue you need to at the very least give the player some kind of warning that they are spotted. I'm not saying they should do it but it is one of the conclusions a person would come to thinking about it logically. I'd prefer they simply remove 3D spotting or make it similar to Battlefield 2's version of 3D spotting. I suggested this many times but DICE isn't interested. I've also suggested compromises to the issue like having only infantry be able to see 3D spotted infantry. Meaning tanks and planes could not smash the spot key from across the map to find an infantry target they can't actually see until a 3D icon tells them where to aim.
The best idea I have would be when an enemy spots you and you are among teammates there would be an audio cue where your friendly says something along the lines of "watch out they've seen us" this would be a good fix as it would encourage teamplay and punish snipers camping on their own miles away all without breaking immersion, not bad right?
Ravic yeah just the spotted person, too much information for everyone else to hear without actual communication, love your videos thanks for responding
at 9:43, this guy's name seems to be a reference to a song called too drunk to fuck by a German thrash metal band called Holy Moses...idk, but this is the only explanation for me lol
dude, its just a question. it was a nice play, if he says no he doesnt want it submitted or no he'll do it himself. I dont care. i cant control anything he does.
Regarding the weather I prefer either not have it on or no 3D spotting because both is almost like hacking especially when you can tell where they're sitting and can take them out
Dekkers 16 do they have armour on the head??? Wtf a headshot does like 140 damage, do they have that much health? I thought the headshot damage was still the same
2-3 years, depends on how long dice want to spend on EA Battlefront 2, I'm sure at EA play 2018 or Gamescon 2018 they'll tell us bout a new expansion or possible title. Also you have to remember Dice isnt yet done with Battlefield 1 as their liveteam is still cooking up expansions.
I know this is an old video but i admire your gameplays. My drram is to one day play along side you but ill have to somehow get a pc first. Have a wonderful day. Even if you don't read this.
#Ravic when you use the horse did you know that you can heal yourself really fast when you throw bandage pouch near by. You don’t have to wait so long.
6:54 Im sorry but does someone know the sound for that soldier XD that is the funniest shit I have seen since my character’s arms disappeared when I was revived. Edit: I think this is part of the game...
So even though there is no way for you to see the actual player model of the enemy you are okay with a 3D icon appearing above their head indicating where they are? Out of curiosity what platform do you play on?
PC. Well, it's a videogame, it doesn't have to make sense. Also, I kinda see it as compensatory justice for sometimes not being able to spot someone through the fog although you can clearly see them :D How would you like it to be instead? Maybe I'd agree with you, if I knew how you'd improve it. Putting the options of removing dynamic weather or spotting entirely aside, of course.
I'm pretty sure what they did was completely unrelated to that issue as one of the patch notes refers to the UI options and transparency: *"Fixed the issue where the gameplay options for controlling the visibility of the world icons for enemy and friendly soldiers were not working properly"*
