F-35 was really inferior. j-10, f-18 and su22? where able to dodge virtually any aim-9 like rocket (not igla and aa rockets) whereas f-35 mostly just had flares and afterwards had to take the punishment. Atleast that was my experience, maybe I was just too bad to dodge rockets with F-35.
@@XxverhAUTxX I was able to maneuver the F35 so perfectly/accurately with a Logitech Stick, I didn't need rockets to shoot down enemy jets because of the accuracy with it. Some people used Mouse with high sensitivity to be able to make turn faster, but it was ugly (zero accuracy with machine gun) I really miss playing this game, I had so much fun...
@@CrucialConflict.nice. lol. I used a logitech stick aswell back in the days. But what I ment was, when beeing targeted by aim9's from other jets, I wasnt able to dodge already locked rockets when piloting the f35, whereas with the j10, su35 and f18 I was able to dodge these incoming rockets (without flares, just by maneuvering alone)
Very cool, cant believe how good it still looks, reminds me of the best multiplayer match i ever had in any game ever was in that plane dropping bombs in Daqing Oilfields. I never bothered with dog fighting and just kept hunting the convoy of players going to the next flag and ended up with 50 kills 0 deaths. I thought i found a manuever that made me unlockable from other aircraft, basically just pulling hard up and left on your stick AND left on the rudder which just gave you a really tight circle turn which seemed to make it impossible to get locked on. If the pilot was smart he'd just machine gun you but that didn't happen that match. :)
It does look good, especially on wake island I believe. I used to play plane and chopper a lot back in the day, but never had a joystick, I have always used keyboard and mouse which was always at a disadvantage against joystick pilots.
a few tips to know where to fly and not die outside the zone, put a marker on your base. in order to repair the aircraft faster, it is necessary to fly not along the runway, but across it over the repair container.
