Battlefield 3 going back to the island where it all began. I have so many good memories on this map, and it still plays really well, GG DICE! Leave a LIKE and a comment, thanks for watching.
Some people can't if they were console players, especially those on PlayStation 4 as the console doesn't support backwards compatibility like the Xbox One does. PC players on the other hand just need to install the game and they have no issues.
@@eyb0ss the only problem is there are not so many servers anymore. there are still enough to play for sure, but there arent THAT much anymore that play the whole map rotation. there are many servers with metro/caspian border/etc only.
If one of battlefields biggest youtubers keeps going back to BF 3 doesn't tell Dice something then nothing will, still looks pretty good after nearly 8 years too.
He's going back to it for views. Make no mistake; BFV is a better BF game overall. You're all just wearing your nostalgia glasses a little too much. Everyone's so wrapped up in hating on BFV that they seemed to have forgotten all the terrible shit BF3 brought along with it.
unfortunately the people who worked at dice on those games no longer work there, now we have a bunch of no talent loud mouths who are more interested in picking fights on social media and insulting their customers than making quality games.
This was my first BF game, and I played it on 360. I remember how blown away I was with the graphics and gameplay when the public beta came out, I just had to buy it. Lots of good memories with this game, but I hardly ever go back and play it.
As Matthew McConaughey would say, “Sometimes you gotta go back to actually move forward. And I don’t mean go back to reminisce or chase ghosts - I mean go back to see where you came from, where you been, how you got here. See where you’re goin’. I know there are those who say you can’t go back. Yes, you can. You just have to look in the right place.”
@@iN-7 it was fun yes, but it's not the best game ever. I can think of numerous improvements off the top of my head. Like making the support class useful or balancing vehicles
I have the game when you learn to play better is very good but bf5 needs more content espiacaly maps, it's getting a little bit boring but if they drop more content and more maps bf5 will be one of the best battlefield games in my opinion
I got hooked on bf3 and as soon as I started playing it I told myself "ya I'm done with call of duty forevor" it doesnt even compare in terms of immersion and fun factor.
But the new age, social media, minute by minute dopamine fix hunters need that immediate action that CoD offers. They do not have the patience to wait for their coffee let alone play an fps you dont spawn into gunfights fights on!
For someone who hit Level 50 almost immediately, got every weapon specialization, and played every map and game mode I’d say it’s the lack of maps, weapons, and levels
A remaster for current gen consoles would be nice especially with 64 players, i never got to experince it with 64 players cuz i played on 360, i know its backwards compatible but still
ROADRUNN3R1998 I loved BF4 as well, but BF3 is definitely my favorite game of all time. BFV isn’t completely trash imo. It’s just super underwhelming, the time between engagements on some maps seems like forever, and the vehicles are broken.
i like how when you shot at the tank for the 2nd to third time and it hit i expected the hit enemy mark too come out but it was only in 1 and 5, i miss this game a lot, this match was interesting too watch
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH QUALITY AHAHAHAH. When I think about BF3 I see a game were balance wasn't present at all. People puts too much nostalgia over actual gameplay facts.
BF3 was a broken and unbalanced mess at launch. It took a full year of patches and work from Dice, which gave us a pretty decent title. Guess everyone also suddenly forgot the absolutely abysmal launch of BF4 and how long it took to get the game to its current state.
@iuvenis animo I'm not saying that BFV is better. I'm saying that BF3 is overrated. If BFV is fixing itself, BF3 is still broken. I can list you a lot of problems that are in the game even today.
@@Felaris BF4 is basically fixed. BF3 isn't fixed even today. Seems like everyone forgot about the sun, the blue filter, the retarded suppression, 10 hertz tickets that made you get damage behind walls and die, grenade spam, op jets, op helicopters, hero hipfire, frag rounds, 0 gunbalance with like only 3 VIABLE guns per class (m16, an94, aek... best guns for the assault that outdamaged any other gun at any other range), revive chains, OP spotting... the game literally had only good maps and game modes lol
Hit zem with ze BLITZKRIEG! Regardless, let bf3 be what it was, better to come up with a different title later on. Personally I wouldn’t get it because even though I loved bf3, the game that really got me into the BF franchise, I’d rather play something new. I’ll always love bf3 for what it was and the memories I got from it.
After watching jackfrags play, I wanted to play BF3 again. I download it and played it at 4K and wow was I blown away, I forgot how stunning this game looks and plays. To hell with BFV, I am going to play BF3 instead now. it's way more fun.
It would be great not even because of the graphics, but because the AAA industry has trained us to throw out games after a year, even if they are worth playing for decades
it wasnt polished at the time of release. and still has bugs and stuff to fix. but i just cant get past this game. it is fucking balanced. vehicle can own. infs can put up a fight
@@yrg795 I agree with him BF5 is the shittiest BF game out there to date.. You got to have boring life playing that title. BF3 is still better by miles..
BF3 remastered in the new frostbite engine with BFV's time to kill and attrition. No unlimited rockets on choppers and tanks. This would get the fans back
Man, i remember january 2012 getting my hands on this game and havin a blast! The only battlefield i took seriously, it was just great and was the standard for pc shooters, you eanted to get a gaming pc because of this game back in the day, 7 years already, i cant believe that
Great video of my favourite map on BF3 and I love the fact you go and hunt down someone who just killed you. My tactic every time . Revenge is always sweet.
I STARTED WITH BFBC1 A ONLY CONSOLE GAME. NOT PC. BFBC1 IS STILL MY FAVORITE BF GAME. EVEN THOUGH I AM PLAYING BF ON PC RIGHT NOW. YES IT'S A MORE ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE BUT THE CONSOLE VERSIONS ARE GOOD AS WELL
@@hydroshock1853 It's all in the vehicle balance. BF3's tanks and AFVs had to pick and choose between upgrades. In BF4, they could have IRNV AND Reactive Armor AND Active defense AND an HMG. They basically become unstoppable killing machines, and there's more of them per map. (It doesn't help that it seems like every server has instant vehicle respawn) My best game was when I just sat in an open courtyard in a tank and went 60-0 as I was able to pick off enemies with near impunity. I barely moved the entire game. It was stupid. The only way to get a good score in the game is to get in a tank. But I didn't want to play in a tank, I wanted to play infantry, like I could in BF3. The maps are also way worse. They're designed to be pretty and have fancy set pieces like breaking dams or collapsing skyscrapers, but they play like garbage. It's mind boggling to me that they only ported over ONE good BF3 map (not metro) and they fucked up Caspian border
Bro jarvy you got it spot on! BF3 was WAYYY better than BF4, the infantry gameplay and gunplay in BF3 was the best, the only real problem was the suppression effect was to harsh
Oh the memories! This makes me think how sad it will be when Battlefield V servers go away and there is just no way to go back and play it again. These player owned servers give us such a nice opportunity to go back and play older games. If games are art; it’s a sad kind of art form that can be taken away in the future.
