Battlefield 4 is a quality game and I always like to go back when news of a new Battlefield is ramping up. Let's play! Leave a LIKE and a comment, thanks for watching.
@@refugeehugsforfree4151 it got better over time yes but it was still a really good game on release. I still remember going to the midnight release for this game and staying up till like 4am playing multiplayer with my friends. The game wasn’t perfect but for the time it was revolutionary with its amount of destruction you could do to the map. The first time I saw the tower fall it was awesome cause I’ve never seen anything like that before in an online multiplayer game and I played a lot of cod back in its golden years. Even now there aren’t many games with the same scale of destruction in multiplayer with graphics that don’t look like Fortnite lol. Let’s be honest tho bf4 was probably the peak of fps multiplayer cause after that games started going downhill fast.
@@TimberWulfIsHere bf3 was ok the problem is it was old in terms of graphics and the servers on console were only 32 players I think? Whatever it was it wasn’t enough so the bigger maps felt empty and it took a while to even find people. They added 64 man servers to bf4 which was a lot for the time and the graphics for a 2013 game are pretty impressive even when compared to games of today.
dude we could eventually saw each other in those games, i've literally melted pvp in all of them. GOLDEN ERA, proud to have been part of it, just like you. Salut soldier ;)
I love how this game is over 10 years old, yet every match we play still always has something new to experience. That intro in the first thirty seconds sniping the helo pilot & dodging a kamikaze jet is a pure "Only In Battlefield" moment 😂😅
👋🏼 BF4 Xbox server admin here, there’s a reason we jokingly say to each other, “10 years and it still doesn’t get old”. This is the best BF created in every factor to this day and I’m glad you agree Jack. The DLC brought a lot of new weapons and vehicles with all the gadgets as well. Hardcore is a much more realistic approach and I motivate any social player to try it out, you will love it.
@@TheRambler-pz1gx I just use the Rent A Server option in Multiplayer and pay for the 90 days. Every time it expires the server goes offline and you have to repurchase. Sometimes it happens live in a match it’s pretty funny
"The blueprint's there." Exactly how to describe BF4. It's possibly the pure gameplay essence of Battlefield combined with probably the most refined technology and systems (to be fair, after extensive updates and a community DLC to make up for the terrible launch) that makes it enjoyable to play even 10 years after release. The only complaint I have about it is that they didn't spend enough time thinking about Rush gamemode, I feel like that one was more refined in BF3. But if DICE really wants to make another timeless classic then they need to take a hard look at BF3 and especially BF4 and find out what their strengths and weaknesses are and go from there.
True but unlike BF2042, BF4 was actually fun despite the bugs and connection issues. BF2042 after 2 years is not even close to the enjoyment we STILL get out of BF4 and BF3 even.
The base game itself was good. It was just buggy is all. Bugs got fixed and game was awesome. 2042 wasn’t just a buggy mess like no other bf before but the core gameplay itself was not right.
They can't give us what we had before. All the seniors and older devs are gone, most of them moved on and created Embark studios. I am afraid we won't be seeing a other BF3, BF4 or BF1 again.
True, but AAA game like that will never happen anymore. Skins have become #1 monetization method. Which means that no AAA game will stick with the BF3 or BF4-style military aesthetic anymore. Playing as regular grunts. It can't be used to sell skins. It's never coming back Gameplay wise, maybe. Visuals wise, never
Battlefield 3 was a more complete package. Battlefield 4 really only has good multiplayer. The campaign kinda tarnished battlefield 3s campaign because most of everybody in battlefield 3s campaign died in battlefield 4s campaign for no real reason
You have the best attitude while playing games and this is why I enjoy your videos. Many can rage quit and get frustrated which can be entertaining but nothing like someone having pure fun and it shows in your vids. Thanks
The sound design alone is enough make every match feel absolutely epic. But Battlefield 4 perfectly nails it that everything works together for an amazing experience, not just individual apsects. Gotta love this game
@@jonathan_9826TDM and Conquest there's loads. On Rush there's only really 2 full servers at most sadly. Then you get the occasional server of CTF, Carrier Assault, Chainlink, etc. Get yourself Premium, even for 10 year old game its worth it IMO
when you said they should make a game with bf3 and bf4 in one, that's probably the best thing I've heard you say. I like the bit where you have to set the rang, that's what make you a better sniper. I loved that feeling when you take someone's head off from one side of the map to the other side.
The commander mode was such a cool addition, if I remember right you could even play it on a tablet. Imagine how cool it would be for the new battlefields
I agree, and yes you could play it with an app on tablets. Sometimes if I didn’t want to get into the actual game I would just do that and lead a team for some easy xp. For the infantry it made you feel more like a team as well, because the commander allowed you to get more perks (along with the uavs) by grabbing points like infantry and vehicle scans, as well as the cruise missiles and gunships. It gave your team clear goals based on how you were doing and what perks the commander needed to adequately help you. Too many people all over a certain point? We all go to grab this point to give him cruise missiles (or gunship) to clear them out fast. Vehicles that we can’t pin down cause we don’t know where they are? Vehicle scan. It was such a cool mechanic, and fun for both parties. It was cool that the commander himself could issue orders to the squads to tell them which point he needed or what points were up for grabs with enough firepower.
Good job you left cod to play a fps with less content than cod 😂 just to play the same boring ass game modes and copies of other popular game modes from Battlefield lmfaoooo.
I returned to bf5 too after a jackfrags video. Now im trying to get the golden skins for my favorite weapons and at the same time having a blast. Only problem is the amount of cheaters
@@dame2547 thanks for taking the time out of your 🧌 trolling schedule to remind me why COD sucks. 100% the players like you not the content or the game.
Watching this video brought soooo many amazing moments back to memory, and listening to Jack's voice in the background like the good old days made it feel all too familiar, even nostalgic. I truly miss my bf4 days and the people I played with. For me, it will always be the Best game EVER.
Bf4 was the first battlefield game I got for Christmas and man I miss it….this will always have a place in my heart I loved this game to death the soundtrack everything about it I loved and nothing can ever replace it.
I remember as a kid, for Christmas I got Battlefield 4, a gold Xbox 360 controller, my first turtle beach headphones, and a gaming chair. This video took me on a trip
I'm an active player in Asia server but i joined other servers just to play. despite the high ping i still enjoy it. people ask why won't you play on your own server, the thing was Asia sever suffer severe DDoS and almost everybody just quit. i still enjoy this game till today and thanks for looking back into it.
My best friend and I still play this game all the time. We usually just rock some 24/7 3200 ticket Operation Locker servers and surprisingly it never gets old. We love the absolute chaos of it 😂
BF4 still carrying DICE to this day. I still play it all the time, it just never gets old. It's everything I want in a shooter and I've never found anything like it since.
I remember the pure excitement seeing the trailer where the skyscraper in siege of Shanghai drops. Absolutely blew my mind and I was ridiculously hyped for the game. After some bug patches it was the best game ever
