Here's my first thoughts and impressions when it comes to the Combat Champions playtests! Sharing my impressions when it comes to the Combat Champions playtests; was it fun, is it a good game? Let's talk about this upcoming free to play shooter that is developed by former DICE devs!
Combat Champions is a fast-paced, first-person shooter where players drive the crowd wild with over-the-top stunts and map-altering destruction, all while holding key points and outshooting the opposition. It's corporate conflict at its finest, all televised by the Corporate Mediation Alliance!
The first game from C77 Entertainment, Combat Champions puts you in the spotlight as your team dominates corporate campuses turned game show arenas, performing crowd-pleasing over-the-top stunts and arena-altering destruction, all while holding key points and outshooting the opposition. It’s a high-stakes, high-reward world out there.
Your corporate overlords don’t pay you to be boring; luckily the CMA (Corporate Mediation Alliance) cameras are rolling and they’ve set the stage for your success. Maps full of destroyable terrain are littered with game show props like corporate mascots, exploding fuel drums, air rams, human slingshots, and slides incentivize you to rack up stunts, catch the attention of the CMA play-by-play commentators, and be handsomely rewarded.
Pick from a range of classes each with access to assorted weapons and gadgets, then run, slide and launch yourself across sprawling corporate campuses alongside your strike team. Work together to keep each other alive, mark opponents, and capture and hold points, all while blowing away the competition. Exciting halftime mini-games and tie-breaker events ensure you keep your head in the game for the duration of every action-packed match.
Familiar gameplay and controls, relatively short matches, and horizontal progression focused on customization all make Combat Champions easy to pick up for a fun casual experience.

This game was fun(ish) and has a lot of problems that needs ironing out but it's devs are pretty terrible at taking criticism, they hate the comparison it gets to THE FINALS (which frankly i dont see and also don't see it being a competition to it, different games), but they also have said people to stay away from their game if they have any negative criticism or in some cases to touch grass and usually endorses it's communtiy to shit on people that do generally not like something about their game. Worst part is that its an alpha test where the most you get out is from listening to the players that are trying out your game.

Thanks for your feedback! Ok, that doesn't sound that great. The upcoming community and potentially new players as well, are the ones that will play their game. No players, no game. It's just as simple as that. Feedback, and especially constructive criticism, can be worth a lot when they're building the game but also doing changes along the way.

This look like mobile game to me they need to upgrade graphics and guns kinda look ugly like the blue sniper u were using look likes they have not put any tecture to it

Looks like... a heavily downgraded The Finals? Same story, same kind of concept of a fast pace, game show Looks pretty fun but I don't see it competing with that

Thanks for your feedback! You're on to something here, and even though the game plays a bit more like an older BF game compared to The Finals, it has this game show "glitter" on it, which might confuse players a bit when it comes to the identity of the game.

@@40splishsplash Yeah the gunplay and stuff look a bit more fun to me so I'll definitely check out Combat Champions but I'm definitely worried about the comparisons
