This was a great match. Could you try playing a carrier style fleet that focuses on fighters and bomber bays. Or even try an all escort ship fleet with maybe one large flag ship

you and Turin have different opinions on the Siren canon and Slaanesh's Promise Also could you try an Admech build that uses the Arc mechanicus? i never really see it

Will do! And I think the Slaanesh ones are too situational compared to, say, boarding parties, or the damage over AOE. Plus can't use morale damage against Astartes to begin with!

I have to ask, what s your aversion to emergency repairs? Cause you never seem to use them and then you end up with no engines.

I tend to "save it for a better scenario" until it's too late. And sometimes I "don't want rally to be on cooldown" is another one.

That was an entertaining show. If only the guy made use of Brace for Impact stance for ramming! He did ram on reload the whole game (and IMO didn't ram enough in general).

Hi PartyElite, what's the widest fleet you could play, any faction, doesn't matter, similar to Jacobs MacDonalds suggestion of almost all escorts maybe?

As we can see it's possible to reclaim hulked ships with lightning strikes and the like. Is it possible to use those types of boarding actions to reinforce ships which have been boarded? On another note, trying to keep distance didn't go so well this match, though it made for some interesting play. I'd like to request the Tau Protector Fleet utilizing their battleship weight ships.

Opponent did pretty good, except being careless with his cruisers on that scuttle and using his cruisers to ram line ships.

2nd scuttle was awesome, I dont understand why his wave of boarding torpedos hit yur ship while you were in the gascloud, one of yur ships wouldnt stealth..? marked or enemy planes?

i think this demonstrates how brutal the repulsive gc is. even in close combat with astartes, these ships dish out damage like mad. they are even relatively tanky.
