Yoda’s presence should have a card that gives 25% dmg resistance, when it’s activated. The health buff is otherwise just a way, to delay the inevitable.
I used to be a vader main but I thought he was too op so I switched to be a grievous main, but I still use vader in a dueling way (when I use vader) so my opponent can still win against me.
Throwing people of the map may be annoying for the other person. But it's FUN. And if somebody throws you off the map, you just have to come back and be better than that person. Good video
Rpedicelli I don’t understand what point ur trying to make and why you replied to a 2 month old comment. Maybe you should try waiting till his Rage ability is off before you attack him cuz it’s about 5 hits depending on who ur playing as. Even so, doesn’t change the fact that his teammate was giving him a much harder match by throwing himself at Vader.

And fix your grammar I barley know what your saying. Ok even if he has his rage ability off he still has 1,000 health. If there is a good Vader player he will wait until his stamina is gone to use his ability’s witch makes it very hard to kill him, Even if there is a bad player he still would do great with him.

Cousin and I run into same issue... We be dueling and we be chasing the Villains across the map forever... until we just give up pretty much... People abuse the system take the fun right out of it...
I don’t exactly like this game mode in particular. I just feel like it’s who has the highest sensitivity and who can chase your back faster. I still play it sometimes though.
I always thought Yoda's neutral attack should be two attacks. He does the front flip (one strike) and ends with the swipe across (2nd strike). It would make sense for his character, cuz he's a Jedi grandmaster, it makes sense for his attack style, AND it would solve the weird timing of having the actual attack happen so much later than the input.
To be clear I know you were probably mad but not all Vader players play like carp like that every time I'm Vader I,usuals end up winning by killing both Brightside people with lightsaber can't believe he was like that though never seen a player be so bad.

@@finexbxmastr46 yeah in know i was on like 200 health as luke blocking with a lot of stamina and he knocks me over and i die through my block and i get circle jerked and the guy dosent even have the line up weaklings card and maul is so buggy now and maul is my main on darkside
@@finexbxmastr46 yeah its painful i came like in january and waking up to a new update was amazing but those are gone now im just waiting for squadrons cause i know there gonna problems like no microtransactions in squadrons then theyll probably add them in later like they did with another game i think.and i dont blame ea for the bugs in battlefront but i blame dice because battlefront 2 is so bad buggy and broken and battlefield 5 was made by dice and was terrible.
I love it when a half compotent Vader can be unkillable unless your ganging up on him making dueling Vader take for fucking ever to do this match shouldn't have been this long due to Vader just block spamming and hoping to god he would get his choke good thing is usually after that one round they are nothing because Vader mains have no skill
@@savagelogic8674 Well correction to the statement it is fine to use Vader but most players are reliant on abilities hitting not actual swinging causing alot of cheap play I have more respect for the ones that fight and not run away but sadly that ain't the reality of the situation I have only seen a combined 8 people in my whole time of playing that actually fight and not run away

@Eric J you provided 0 information to why he is overpowered..... you just say "he doesn't take skill" does any lightsaber user take skill? Vader is slower, less stamina and the only advantage he has is the 100+ health.... provide actual facts to why he is a problem then we can talk...
That happened to me yesterday i just quit and left cause my friend kept on dying when i tried to kill the blaster anakin killed him and the blaster was annoying playing blasters in hero showdown what
I had a 1v1 with somebody and his other random team joined in and double teaming me and it’s so frustrating and even Vader players trying to run away or do something stupid.
Every time I finish a match of hero showdown. I wanna play one more, but no one joins cause of the maul skin, I feel like they are ditching other modes except coop 😑 Guys do not waste a weekend for a maul skin.
Also I think Vader doesn’t have too much, considering there are already characters who have 800 health. As the tank, he would significantly need more than that. I can see the frustration though...I think they should just give Yoda dmg resistance during presence, and Ani a health buff (950 to make it even, though I still think he’s still probably Vader’s best counter atm), but then he’d be more oVeRpOwErEd.
Eric J Temporally yes, and that’s why I said Yoda should have 25% dmg resistance when his presence ability is active. He also shouldn’t be able to block and choke. With those added, everything would be fine with him, due to the fact that he already has decent counters, and a nerf like that would make those counters more effective. Again though, he wouldn’t be much of a tank if his health was near the lower end of the scale, and that’s his purpose.
Eric J Wow resorting to insults, that’s a shame. Never said he should be able to “block forever”, but clearly you didn’t pay attention to my rebuttal. I’m saying the amount of health he has makes sense, seeing how others already have 800+ health. He wouldn’t be much of a tank if he had around that. And mind you he has such high defensive stamina because, because his offensive stamina is average at best. Now if they switch that around that may help, but lowering his defense, while keeping his offense the same ain’t balance.
After a while I would have told my my partner to just watch me kill the other guy and I would face Vader because then he would have needed to be aggressive but then you think about it and you rather take out Vader that is the most powerful character

I love it when people leave comments like this without explaining then how they would've done things differently. I would have done lot more jump slashes and get those double parries more.

Vaders defensive stamina and stamina in general is how he is balanced and you complain when they use an ability... like... what the fuck are you taking about would you rather them drop block and not use any abilities.. what else can they do? In this situation it's the player not the character. You can back step and use abilities with most characters but you try to use it as a reason that Vader is "op" *what's that? Vader can dodge? OP! Huh? Vader has abilities? OP! Vader can block significantly less than most hero's?
