Yeah he did. I was a long way from where I started but the current had a lot to do with that as well.

Nice job on fighting that shark Brett! I've never caught a 6 or 7 gill shark. Now did it feel like it was going to roll you over? I've never been in a kayak so I have no idea what it would be like. were you targeting sharks? Great video!🦈

Thanks. I was targeting sturgeon and using dacron leader thats how he got off. My kayak is super stable but it did make me nervous when he went under and I thought he was going to get wrapped around the pedal drive.
