You are clueless about Baudrillard, and this video is an excellent example of simulacra ... in that you are imitating to know, without knowing and especially without feeling. The meaning of the Gulf war did not take place is that it was not a war, but an invasion posturing as a war ... so the realities of war e.g. a dispute of two warring sides was absent.
