NBA players face issues with that. JR smith has a logo tattooed that he’s been fined for having and not covering up in the past. Baseball players are a bit more covered up and tend to have less tattoos so theres no precedent

Cost benefit analysis would say that if he's selling more merchandise than the fine cost, Bauer will keep getting fined... because he's a logical thinker!

I have a friend who works for Scott Boras - he said the third fine is unlimited and at the discretion of the MLB. NFL have a similar rule, it is pretty much three strikes and you are out.

One of the reason trevor is my favorite player he spreads truth lol and he's a beast. At this point the mlb is doing anything to go after Trevor. I guess that is what happens when you use your platform to provide truth and positivity vs the other. I think he should be allowed to show his own logo he is a grown man. When I first started watching Trevor's videos I thought she was his girlfriend until I watched subsequent follow-up videos discovering she is his agent. She does come across as more attention seeking on social media than a professional agent. I could be wrong.

I am not Rachel's biggest fan, or anything like that (neither am I a big fan of Bauer), but I can assure you she is a lawyer, and a genuine MLB player agent. She is indeed quite active on social media, but it's understandable - it's part of a feminist agenda of sorts (like "Look - women can do this too!"), but it doesn't bother me. And it doesn't mean that she can't also do her job as an agent properly, at the same time; it's not like it takes THAT much of her time - other people edit and post these videos, you know.

But that's the impression I get; I don't think Bauer would have hired her, just because she's his friend from college (or because he is secretly banging her or anything ridiculous like that), if she was incompetent, and just a shallow socialite. But I guess we can only wait and see - her future success (or lack thereof) as a sports agent should prove what the truth is...
