This plate made from Titanium is super light and a new design compared to the original part. This fixes the bolt lock issues with the MTR16 mostly but also the MWS. Find them here: www.bavtac.co.uk/products/bav...
Iv put one of these in. Was using my mws in minus 5 celcius and was struggling to get bolt lock switchted to one of these for the next weekend which was just as cold and had no issue
Great vid!.i have also heard some say that you can turn the rear castle nut on the buffer tube one revolution so it come out more, this apparently allows.the bolt to travel a bit further giving more time for the plate to engage, do you know if this is effective ?
My first thought was why change the bolt lock when you can simple turn the castle nut so it comes out more and allows the bolt to travel a bit further. So to answer your question, yes I have done this and it is effective.
Nice. But you could probably mod the original tm one to be lighter and have a quicker pickup. I’ve got the og one in a Hao CC kit using GM pmags. No problem.
I need help... maybe you have 2 Minutes... If money has no limit, and you can buy whatever you want, what would you buy for the MWS as: Hop-Up Unit and Rubber Trigger Box Bolt Carrier Group Bolt Catch Innerbarrel Buffer+Spring
Its not about spending the most money. More about what works. I recommend the bavtac zet llate and bavtac hop nub. Laylax barrel and nineball rubber. There is nothing wrong with standard bolt carrier. If you want to upgrade or have a spare. Guns modify all the way. Nothing wrong with the buffer or buffer spring. Mod the magazines for more gas and the rest is externals.
@@Jaeger-Precision Thank you! The Problem is i have no MWS, i have the HAO L119A2 Kit, and these parts are missing so i have to get em all new. Thats why i ask :P and the market is so big, and so many different opinions, and you seem to habe the experience :)
