The most useful video about Baxi boiler on RU-vid. Thanks a lot. The relay in the middle of the board is indeed responsble for the fan. The other one operates the water pump. Cheap relays are from the Chinese on eBay. Cheapest UK I found was £4.
Rather than just TALK about what you did, it would have been a million times more helpful if you had SHOWN us what you did - filmed yourself in the process every step of the way.
Hi Niebko, there are 2 relays both the same, replace 1 if the pcb has the same problem replace the other one. These two relays are 90% of the boards problem. Available online very cheaply.Hope that helps.
dick smith thanks for let me know so quick.I replaced both relays for the brand new ones that I bought on eBay then reset boiler but red light 50 degrees still flashing and boiler won’t start up,pump running.Have u any idea what else maybe wrong with my boiler thanks

Hi. I had the same fault with the same boiler. The plumber replaced the pcb board with a brand new one. However, when i switch the heating on the flame stays on for about 5mins then goes off for a few mins then comes back on. The radiators are not even getting hot because of this intermittent on and off of the flame. Any ideas anyone???
When you change your pcb on the baxi boilers some some.of them have the dip switch number 5 if off your setpoint will be 35°C to 85°C, but if the dip switch on the setpoint will be 35°C to 45°C causing your boiler switching on and off every 5 minutes and temperatures not reaching higher than 45°C.
