Guns n Roses at the Shark Tank.
This video is for the Unofficial South Bay -Guns N Roses -Fan club.
The first meeting was at the Forever Closed Rainbow Records location on Kooser Ave in South San Jose.
Back in the Old Days people would camp out to try and score premium tickets.
That meant bringing your sleeping bag and chair to the storefront waiting for it to open.
I remember kicking it in the back of a car and taking turns holding down our spots.
It was wild and people were partying as if it were a concert.
I walked to the Gas Station in front of Chucky Cheese to get a soda and candy bar and when passing a Gas Pump my friend Cuddy started fighting it.
Literally punching it -he was on mushrooms and claimed he was saving me from it.
Yes, One of those wacky nights.
I was drinking beer and was in better shape than the people around me mentally.
You can observe some really strange stuff if you're not on the same things.

The real party spot was in the back of the car where we had shots of whiskey to combat the cold.
I took a shot and in front of the car seen three guys come up.
Glenn was talking to one of them then out of nowhere was sucker punched. Bam' then Bonk.
Glen's head on the way down hit the hood of the car I was in.
I got out and when everyone was looking scared yelled at the cheap shot artist threw a beer at the guy missed but hit the getaway car.
Glen looked up after the knock out and asked me what happened.
That dude sucker punched you ,brother -was my answer.
He knew the guy I guess rival schools and had some thing going over a girl supposedly.
Jim Beard was sitting Indian style the whole time not wanting to lose his good place in line- and I remember him literally Disassociating in front of my eyes, lol. How? him pulling his shirt over his face and head to avoid the chaos.
He wasn't going to budge an inch even in combat situations.
He told me after the fact , way to go !! you had it under control, lol.
His way of avoiding conflict and getting the best possible seats.
With the modern way of doing thing this type of pre event will never happen again.
The stories will become legend and Concerts will go on ticketless.
Guns N Roses will always have South Bay Fans who went the extra mile to see them in their Prime.
They put on a great show and this video is testament to their timeless music.
