CJ is actually a fresh veteran. Meaning to say that she's been competing in pageants before but it's actually her first time joining these big national pageants in the country. She's also known as the queen of the north mainly because of the fact that almost all of the pageant that she joined whether it be provincial or regional pageants in the northern island of the Philippines, she always win if not place as a runner up. Many had been encouraging her to join a national pageant for years and now she's here killing every other girls chances to win lol

I wish every girl could perform like Zambales. You could tell she had no doubts about herself, 100% fearless, totally self-assured, playing no games and yes she had that attitude like this is MY show. I loved it! If BB Pilipinas is using the "Catriona Standard" to choose their Queens when they go to International competitions, then THAT girl just blew the roof off the show!

A lot of these girls actually hold back because they are trying to get the miss international crown. In miss international, they like it when you're demure, shy type of women while some girls are clearly trying to get MGI crown. Ive seen some of these contestants gave more energetic performance before but since they want international title, they changed their style of performing.

One of the main reason why the bar of competition in binibining Pilipinas was set so high is because they are giving not just one crown. They have to study they have to train hard in order to present this amazing catwalks, different personalities, different perspectives and attitude. As you can see, some of the girls plays a little control and princess like performace is because they are gunning for the BB. Pilipinas highest crown which is Miss. International. And other girls that shows more fierce and different attitude is because they are trying to capture either MGI, MG or Intercontinental crown.

First off, great to see you back, Kween Davona! I wanted to make a top 5 list, but with CJ’s (Zambales) performance, it’s almost unnecessary. Her stellar pasarela skills, creativity and stage presence created such a wide gap-that no one even came close. That performance was so riveting; it cuts deep into your psyche. You can’t unsee it. It’s so good that it’s pure evil. We were hooked at every strut, every smize, every twist and turn. She took us on a thrill ride! And that’s how you claim the coveted MGI crown (Sarong whip!)
