And what about the consultant who was on call and he was not on site. He is the fully responsible for all patients. What does it really mean his phrase: Dr Garba didn’t mention me how really sick the child was?? .....he was aware of the lab results and he should have take over as a superior doctor. But.... he just disappear... move to Ireland. No charges or negligence for him. Is that because he is white?? Or English?? This is all a racist thing for the junior doctor in my opinion
How disgusting!!! These doctors are trying to make the NHS better for non other than YOU!!! You have no idea how broken the NHS is... Make sure you never ever use the NHS service
If she was to go to prison, all involved would have to go to prison, management, consultants etc. The mother is very selfish, only looking out for her child, look how many children's life the doctor saved that day several cardiac arrest caring for 75 patients unbelievable. And then lost 7 years in practice, horrible she needs to sue GMC for age and race harassment, age and race discrimination (nothing was done against the consultant), personal injury, injury to feelings, all financial lossess. The mother needs to stop harassing the doctor and sue the hospital for wrongful death and negligence.
