I was just making a point that the 30 years between 1992 to 2022 apart from mobile phones and a few other new modern things not much in life has really changed, if you compare that in between the 30 years from 1962 to 1992 it’s like it was different worlds

It was really of course. However, I do wonder if it had improved would it still be going today? Mind you, if it had where would it be in the schedules I wonder? As BBC1 now shows The One Show at 7.00pm on weekdays followed mostly at 7.30pm by EastEnders would it say be on BBC2, or even BBC3 or BBC4? Of course, this is all hypothetical I know and alas we will not know! But thank you anyway!!

Also, BBC2 did run repeats of Doctors at 7.00pm (repeated from 1.45pm on BBC1 the same day) a while ago but they now seem to have given that up. I know I read in the Radio Times letters pages (or Feedback as it now seems to be) a while ago also that that was the case. Odd really but there you are-oh well!!
