KozenBlaze so far according to my experience from pvp, the easiest route is OD 6A RC 5B 5C 5D-D j214B. it doesn't work with characters that have tall vertical hitboxes because it will hit a few frames too early. I mean you can always 2a for safety but only Susan and Tager are fat enough to get touched by it. Hakumen is the only character so far that can't get caught in this because he is too tall for the "master rule" to follow and too flat for 2a after being hit by j214B.... however you can just waste 50 meter for RC or just kick him with his super.
The Keyblade Apprentice the only thing that I know that's changed from him is that his snakes doesn't require much distance to get a hard hit anymore. so yea, everything you see here should still work.
