I thought possibly some horns but now I feel like it's two really simply drawn waves facing inwards on either side, It maybe that. I find it so crazy how if something has a good logo you never really look and see how simple it is , I don't know if its just me but I for ages didn't know the DC logo (as in shoes) was a D and a C because it just looked like a cool loop patern.
