I'm old and growing up, I think that Kraft was the only brand. It was good and tangy. But bullseye came around and much later Sweet Baby Ray's. I just bought Bacon Up yesterday, had no idea something like that existed until I watched you!! I do save my bacon grease, but usually only have about half a cup, and it gets used up. Nice to have Bacon Up on hand. BBQ Bean Cups, what is not to love about this dish.....beef, onion, and beans...pure delicious eating. I have that same cutter, my gosh, must have been over 20 years ago, Pampered Chef I believe.
I have to add another comment after making these BBQ Bean cups. They are so tasty. My hubby loved them. I have a new purpose for my muffin tin now because I will be making these again. Thank you, Talli Faye.
We're the same with adding bacon grease, I always save mine & use it for so much. The flavor is undeniable! I split the butter in my mashed potatoes to do half & half with bacon grease-yum! I love making things in muffin tins, the individual servings are always a good idea. I need to try these, my son may even eat crescents with this filling! Yes, if you let them set for 3-5 minutes, run a knife around the sides they should come out very well. I put leftover mashed potatoes in a muffin tin with a meatball & a pinch of cheese in the middle once and that made the potatoes crispy on all sides. Muffin tins are good for so much more than muffins & cupcakes!
I love watching your videos, reminds me of my mom and my grandma cooking in the 70's and 80's. I think I'm gonna make these cups for our All day sanging and dinner on the grounds, at church this year. I agree with VanCamps, I eat'em straight out of the can.

I remember eating that growing up. We didn't have Cresent roll mix, but we ate it with bread and butter. I totally forgot about that dish, but you made me remember. I can still taste it in my mind. It was good.
I had no idea about Bacon Up until this video. I love to cook with bacon drippings but I always run out too son. I will have to check my grocery stores to see if I can find it but I did find it on Amazon so if all else fails, I will be ordering some. Hey Miss Talli Faye. Those bean cups look so good. I have a question... Where can I get the cutter you used on the crescent rolls? I make a cheesecake cup with apricot jam at Christmas. So I could really use that cutter. You have already inspired me to purchase the pie crust edge protector and the little round sandwich cutter so far. I make so many pies that I can't believe I never knew about either of those utensils. Thank you for another great video!
