Brother isme yeh toh ni bharna padega ki kiske under practice kr rahe ho, ya attendance etc., 2022 k enrollment, sign kis k honge. . Senior advocate se letter kaise banega ki un k under practice kr raha hu(type kr k likha jayega nd stump lagegi). .
Advocates enrolled after and on 01.01.2019 required to upload educational qualifications documents and other relevant documents such COP, not Vakalatnamas or court orders.

Yes, the Bar Council of Delhi will notify you when your upload or submission is successful. Thank you so much sir for your response! I didn't get any confirmation from the BCD side after the form submission,what to do ? I left that bar association member column as I am not a member. Is it mandatory to fill those columns?
Thanks for commenting, Yes, as per latest notification every advocate enrolled after 1.1.1990 required to fill up the verification form but currently Bar Council Of Delhi website is under maintenance.
Sir i enrolled in 2018,and passed the aibe 12 exam but i didn't become a member of any bar and I am a non practicing advocate,i am a private tutor, what should i do now ,please answer

@@kaustavchoudhury2381 As Per The Delhi Judicial Service Rules, 1970 As Amended Up To 26.09.2023 A candidate shall be eligible to appear at the examination, if he is:- a) a citizen of India; b) a person practising as an Advocate in India or a person qualified to be admitted as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961; and c) not more than 32 years of age. Well as per BCD notification dated on 28.11.2023 via ref. no. 797/Gen/SF/2023, “Advocate, who are working as (1) Notary Public/ (2) doing documentation work / (3)Oath Commissioners / (4) working in Law Firms, will upload appropriate certificates, showing that they are in active practice in that particular field.” Now, the (4) part is crucial for all those advocates who do not have any Vakaltnama or ongoing cases currently due to fresh enrolment or working under senior advocate in any instance, they require a certificate from their senior on their letterhead saying that advocate practicing under his/her.
