Not a cop, but I'm 22 and train folks at the factory I work at. In my opinion it's the mentality of people, I've met 45 year old men that act like 15 year old girls too
@@axewieldingklown I understand but law enforcement is a very serious profession dealing with people's futures are on the line not only in dangerous situations but when it's time to go to court can't have immature law enforcement staff.
How in the world did this kid ever get a job like that? I’ll bet he came with great references and letters of recommendation. However, his maturity level seems like that of a 5 year old.
Their training is behind like way behind. We are dealing with people not combatants. We need more of a community approach then a military mindset. Recruits need mentorship, discipline, and shared experiences. Please do way with the military training style of academy.
Wow, I worked for a county jail in South Texas, and it was like a right of passage to get tased. I mean dry stunned by your shift on your first day as a jailer
So its considered an "assault" when a deputy tazes a fellow cadet? ..but its protecting and serving w/ qualified immunity when its you or I? Hhmm.🤔 Back the blue till it happens to you.😳
More ignorant comments about qualified immunity! If qualified immunity really exists why are offices still being prosecuted and sued? How is it this deputi being prosecuted?
