Guide to the main rotation at Sherekhan to get the infinite HP potion piece

I didn't clear as efficiently and fast as I used to since I only did a few rotations for this video, this is just to show the basic rotation and which packs to kill.

There is a mini-event at this spot, sometimes a floating ball can spawn and will follow you, the goal is to go near packs of mob with it, the ball will automatically go above the packs, after you kill the packs, the monster energy will charge into the ball, once it's charged enough the Sherekhan Guardian Spirit will spawn.

The 2 monsters that can drop the Sherekhan's Panacea (bdocodex.com/us/item/40764/) to craft the potion are "Garud" and "Belcadas".
Every Sherekhan in the zone can drop the pity pieces, and the Sherekhan Guardian Spirit as well as Afuaru can drop both the piece and the pity.
