You can build Shard pretty quick by rotating front block skills (Elbow Edge and Thunder Pound) and superarmor skills (Scissor Kick and Mass Destruction) while trying to cc somone. If they decide to run away try to follow up with Wolf's Frenzy before they get to far or when they already have some distance on you use Fist Of True Strength (Sprint into LMB) and cancel it out with Flash Step (Shift + W) to proc your speedbuffs, when you get close use Scissor Kick, Elbow Edge or Wolf's Frenzy to safely re-engage

There's not really a difference. Striker gets a +15DP buff for 60 seconds in awakening though, i don't know if Mystic awakening will have this aswell

Not using PvP ones yet atm but probably something like this when i hit 60: Thunder Pound 10ap/burn, Twisted Collision +3% acc/bleed, Rage Hammer +15DP/+4% eva maybe some +crit chance aswell depending on which skill it could be applied and how much it would be

Can i know your skill add ons for PVE type?

Press K and on the top right you can add skills to cooldown slots, then go in Edit UI and move the slots wherever you want :)

I'm not sure what you mean but i think you're talking about the Dark Knight awakening skills which is not an "effect", its just how the skills look like. At what time in the video are you talking about?

OH! yeah, it must be... 0:57 shows the really pretty effects...I was really hoping that I could buy that for another class XD

It's still viable except for the combo part because of the CC overhaul
