Never forget, it’s all about who you have become in life rather than what you have accomplished in life. The only thing that will matter when you leave this earth, is what type of person you were. That is how God will judge you; not on how much money you had or the amazing materialistic things you obtained. While it is still nice to have and want the materialistic things in life, don’t let that take over and stop you from growing into who God wants you and has called you to be. Be the best version of yourself that you can possibly be with all that God has blessed you with and ask God to help you continue to keep growing into who He wants you to become. God is so amazing that He will show you His grace by building your character, your faith, and your life into such an abundance that you could never believe. All you have to do is ask and follow the path that God gives you, while He is right there by your side. I love and thank the unbelievable and amazing God that I serve. I know that God has many great things for me in my life. Whether it be spoiling me with materialistic things or helping me to grow as a human being, I can always count on God. And you should too. In the workplace I have been a follower and I have also been a leader. As a follower you don't have many choices and have to go with the flow. But as a leader you not only have the abilty to make choices but you also have the responsibility to shape and improve the workplace and.........The God given responsibility to protect and help shape the lives of the people under you. When you understand that you have been entrusted with the lives of others and you work hard to make a difference.....that is the mark of a true leader.

I remember when I told a man who was struggling with alcoholism Mom that addiction to alcohol was a severe allergic reaction to whatever the grain or vegetable that it was fermented from. The guy checked himself into a rehab and went through the withdrawal knowing that He now knew He could conquer this allergy/illness! 10 years later He is present in His son’s life and doing quite well!
