Maybe a silly question for some, but what does Rabbi Anava call G-d? - I understand the first word, Kadosh, but what is the second word? (I only know a few words in Hebrew; I'm just learning as I go along.)

is there a lead Rabbi, teaching the Rabbis what to teach or is there a jewish date system where you teach to...as the same sentiment comes from different sources at the same time??
