My Mom always said kill em with kindness and I was awful from my teenage yrs till 3yrrs ago. That's 26yrs she held her head up and never was hateful or mean, even though I pushed her to do things to enable my problem and boy I have wished I could take back the way I treated the only one that helps me when no one else does. Some of the names and things that I said to her were absolutely appalling thank you Lord for your forgiveness. So my point is I treated my mother awful for 26 years and she never tell The grudge she always treated me the same and we are now great best friends and believers and prayer warriors

Alex Campbell sadly people feel more urged to be kind if something will benefit them from the kindness, but if Jesus can love us and be kind to us after all that we have done, how could we not freely share that kindness with strangers and friends? I've listened to this message few years ago, now I'm listening to this again and it made me realized a lot of things again. I have to rekindle the fire, I have to work on myself again, to be more kind to everyone, tenderhearted, free of bitterness, give the people around me compliments and encouragements because they're not in my life by accident. I love the story of the old lady and the taxi driver who gave the lady what she really needed : kindness, compassion and a sympathetic ear. I cried the first time I heard this story and now too. We do.not realize the impact we have on others. Sometimes just a simple smile or a kind word could be the world of a difference to another. Praise God,❤️🙏❤️

My children learnt kindness from seeing me being kind ..Their little acts of kindness everyday towards friends teachers and even mere strangers remind me why I have to keep on being kind even when am struggling myself ..I pray they go on to teach their children to be kind .Be famous for being kind .God bless you .

I used to and might still be selfish as a 16 year old for not caring for what happens to others and not wanting to help anybody, but myself. BUT I pray to the Lord that he helps me get through this horrible phase in my life after seeing my community come together to help those in need who lost their homes due to the fires here in Eugene Oregon!!! Ive listened to the taxi story about 15 times now and i still cant fathom what he says, such a simple thing having the biggest impact. Sharing her life with him, to not be forgotten was worth more to him than any bit of paper or shiny coin she coukd offer him. I hope somewhere i have a fraction of who this man is in me
