Be kind to yourself: Outside of the mind’s stories there is no right and wrong 

It is so easy to get hooked into the achiever mindset on your spiritual path. The mind then begins to tell you stories about where you are getting a right and where you are getting it wrong, and then so often, we beat ourselves up. But outside of the mind generated stories, there is no right and wrong, it is all just as it is.
On your spiritual path, everything is progress. In fact, progress gives the impression that it is a linear journey. In fact, everything on your path is there to help you become free.
