I only found them a week ago and I'm simply hypnotized. They should get BIG indeed, they should probably be in top 10 melodeath bands of all time and they should stop accepting singing in pubs \m/
Keerthan Shagrithaya look this is not a performance. this is a group of professors teaching real musical knowledge to their students. and the audience is oaying atmost attention when a band like be'lakor is playing you cant headbang because the depth of music and the melody tunes vocals are completely engulfing the mind and sending it through the body mKing them capable of nothing but listen and absorb it!.
@@Alone1am yeah, that's more of my take on this. Be'lakor isn't a mosh band, they're a stand a pay attention band with the occasional headbanging or horns thrown up. Perfect "heavenly" melo-death. Hard to not just stand in awe!
I challenge any of Be'lakor's detractors to show me a YT vid of a band - any band- where the mix is as clear as this, especially at an outdoor gig. This is a long way from my fave Be'lakor tune (great keyboards in the outro), but the production and musicianship is first rate. Our very own melodeath Gods - makes me proud to be an Aussie.
Yeah, on top of George having one of the best growls any band could ever imagine having. They may not yet be as technical as the European bands, but they have a lot of character.
why be mad at all, diversity is better, and who says they didnt used to have long hair? i used to have long hair too, i dont want my hair getting in my eyes in a street fight that shit is annoying so i just cut it simple as that
@@thismortalcoil696 if theyre boring repetitive shit why would you ever watch this video? Just to state what you think you know about metal or preach or whatever the fuck? no one cares. I know these guys personally. Anyway, hows your band going? Good? thought so.
@@thismortalcoil696 well, i was in aussie metal band in the 90's called Damaged and i know how hard it is. Especially when you've got people that come to a certain place to criticize you. We were lucky, social media wasnt as big as it was now, so thyre werent too many keyboard warriors around, anyway each to their own.
I really wish that crowd was way more into this, because this is fucking incredible. I have no idea how you can just sit there and not move at all to ANY Be'Lakor song. Regardless of whether you've heard them before or not.
Qué genial ver tremenda banda en vivo, no me imagino el privilegio de tal nivel!! Y más aún cuando ves una camiseta de Agalloch por ahí.. GRANDES BE'LAKOR, saludos desde Ecuador lml
Bravo! Amazing guitar work and epic keyboards with genuine emotion, wonderful transitions, brutal vocals. You are maestros! My upcoming compositions have similar vibe but you are so awesome.... Let metal flow and bring positive vibes, passion, and energy. Best!!!! Vsevolod
I hear you man! I wish for the same. Their 3rd album is with a record label. I don't quite recollect which one it is. Their 1&2 album are self released and they did an excellent Job. Really wish to see these guys somewhere big man!
I don't know why but my favo bands with screamers and grunters usually come from Australia, man you guys got some amazing folks I used to game a lot always with aussies most fun people to be around
never seen a live performance that good....!!!!!!!!!! not from any band of the world. sadly, the crowd seems to be unware of the awesomeness in front of them.
I fully get that, but you can also see if there is energy and thrill of music just at looking at a person and i didn't quiet see much of that. All those horns up were like "yaaayy im at a metal show". Thats what i ment when i said Deadest crowd ever xD
Again e'lakor is something you dont mosh to. All you can do is stand there. And stand in awe. Soaking in the lyrics. And the fact that they sound like this on CD..... Wanna bitch. Wanna see circle pits. Go watch lamb of god when they were good. ( urn the priest). Or maybe some oceano? Or carnifex? I'm sorry but be'lakor is on a league of their own.
Why do you people think that by dead i ment not moshing, i dont like moshing and there are other stuff you can do to enjoy good music except just standing there or moshing, and dont teach me about be'lakors music, i am very well familiar with it and i for one know that if i ever experience them live i am sure as hell not gonna be just standing there like these people, pretty much most of be'lakors songs deserve a propper headbang
for example "fen hollen" are from australia too. Hey're playing black metal like old ulver or this kind of bm. Be'lakor are not bad, they only didn't look like a die hard death metal band!^^
