I like how in this version it's as if Scar's going insane and talking to himself. You could say that here he's just hallucinating the hyenas and hearing their praise of him only in his head.

I came back to this and forgot how frightening it is. Let me make this clear, Jonathan Young doesn't usually scare me one bit and neither does Scar. But this particular cover of Be Prepared gives me chills and a creeping sensation of impending doom.

Scar is such a complicated character that we don’t talk about it enough. He was literally slowly going g insane the entire movie and no one talks about it. Great job you did the song AND the Character justice.

Oh, this one is definitely darker and more demented than the original cover. The original was very rousing. This one is just insane, especially since the hyenas are now the voices in Scar's head. Also, Jonathan sounded like he was channeling Marco Hietala during certain parts of the song. Nice touch.
