Great video. All hit home. My power hour is often late afternoon. The morning is also good but my morning routine is my protected downtime. I must have it.
Prioritizing tasks is good, but I encounter interference if I plan too much. I run a few tasks in parallel and switch tasks when one has a temporary block. This way I can always be productive, regardless of what's happening. However, if I have too many going on simultaneously, they take longer to close out and satisfaction is delayed. This drains mental energy, which can slow down all tasks, so there has to be the right balance. I'm weak at delegating and a video expanding on that subject would be helpful.
I really appreciate you and your videos! I enjoyed this video and will be incorporating some of your tips, especially the pocket list.! I recently have been having trouble sleeping. I fall asleep and will stay asleep for 4 hours or so but I wake to go to the bathroom and can't get back to sleep. I have tried melatonin and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Do you have any other suggestions? I know it has to do with stress and I work on that as well with exercise and meditation.
