My next guest is Jácinta Gábor, who works as a trauma informed counselor. Listen to what she says about it - I am sure you can relate to it!
“It's been such a journey! I could feel after each class that there was a breakthrough: I opened my voice and started to sing without paying a lot of attention to who was listening to it - and it was so FREEING.
I had this belief that I was tone deaf, so I had a psychological block related to my voice.
A part of me was still shrinking and thinking that I was small. I was so aware of this already, but I needed this tool: the Overwriting Our Limiting Beliefs process in Bea’s course was very impactful. and after, I felt so good: I just sing, I sing however it sounds, I am here and I sing… ”

You turned it into creative material with which you could work in a very experimental and physical way in terms of giving a sound or singing something or trying out crazy.
