BEACH AT OFF SEASON? YES OR NO 

Camp Hatteras, Rodanthe, NC. We love the shoulder season/off season. We will take the chance of bad weather to be in a place when fewer people are there. This time in Rodanthe, NC, the weather has not been the greatest. We have had cold, wind, rain and more wind and rain. We still enjoyed the area. Sometimes, you just take a chance and hope for the best!
