Hello and welcome to Local Marks Fishing!!
This was an awesome session but it was a bit frustrating at first due to the signal being really bad in the area! A move of the entire setup was made in an effort to improve things and it worked for the most part but still wasn't ideal. We got underway buy rigging up a small sized 1/0 pully rig for the smaller species and a larger 3/0 pully rig for anything a bit larger. We had been donated a good quantity of ragworm (Thankyou George) and so combos of ragworm and squid would be used to lure the prey. We were fishing the outgoing tide and the bite was very good at first. The rods were going nuts till low tide. A fish was landed on the big and the small rigs between 01:15:50 and 01:37:25. As low tide approached things went really quiet! There were nibbles but no real commitment to taking the baits. Around an hour or two after low, things started to happen! A couple of good fish were hit and missed but then right at the end of the session another fish came in as a trip to the car was made! @ 04:53:36! That was the last fish for the session however things didn't end there! Another road trip was made to go and do half hour on the shark teeth!! You'll have to check that out if you'd like to see the best tooth I've ever found!! It was an amazing find and a great end to this fantastic session and I thank you all for being there!
