Awesome video Lawson! Nice to finally see one of you casting along the beach! You should start posting more recreational fishing videos, like casting from the beach and wading in the shallow flats and calmer backwaters. Throwing smaller lures with lighter and shorter rods is fun while wading in the calmer waters and open flats.
Just shows ya dont need mega bucks to fish and have a great time ! My parents told once told me, when I was about 7 yrs old that I was outfishing everyone on a rock jetty with a little Zebco 202 rod and reel, catching good size Snapper thru a small pocket in the rocks that I found by accident ! Even got pictures !
I insist!, it´s absolut great see you fishing for other perspective like this!! this video is so fun, the music the beach and sunset! and great fishing! this one go to my favourites, greetings to you Lawson!!! keep evolving!
Dude you got the life down there man! You can go and catch everything! And best of all it’s not 25 degrees out and snow! Keep up the great content. All of us like seeing what you catch. Whatever you feel like doing!
I love this challenge ,great job hitting the beach early,I've had better luck with a 7" super fluke after the topwater dies off. keep up the great work glad your so excited to continue your quest Brother ,see you on the water ,Peace
Awesome video man I really enjoyed it along with all of your wade /land fishing videos I think even more then your other videos in the boat it shows versatility in your skills as a angler , I fish from land and the beach 95% of the time I fish so it gives us land locked guys some drive to get out and get tight!
Nice video. Not having a boat I absolutely have to rely on surf/jetty/pier fishing. It’s so rewarding when u get those hits after 10/20/30 casts. I have learned to read the beach somewhat so it has gotten more enjoyable.
I’ve really liked the different types of fishing in each one of your videos during the challenge - I’d love to see you keep doing a bunch of different stuff on your channel! Keep it up!
I love all your videos, but beach fishing and wade fishing videos are my favorite! Since I live in KY only get to FL twice a year, I don't have access to a boat. I only go beach and wade fishing while there, so it's hard to relate to most of your videos, but I still enjoy watching them.
Nice double hookup. I've personally never landed two fish on a plug, but have been attacked by schools of fish on top water. I'll never forget the day I was plugging off my local jetty casting into droves of Bluefish. Everytime my plug hit the water the fish were on it, attacking my lure all at once. So badass when the water is crystal clear and you can see the fish scramming towards your bait from the depths below. On one cast I had like a dozen blues coming up to slam my spook, when out of nowhere, a nice red comes barreling through the school of fish and just smashes my lure SO EPIC!!!
Love the beach fishing video! Try fly fishing from the beach, we caught Spanish Mackerel in Destin at first light and was incredible. Keep up the great work
Lawson hitting the shore. One of my favorite things to do!! Use a bigger lure 100- 150 gram. Probably not so many fish but maybe one big one. Awesome thank you 👍🤙🤙
Throwing popers in the surf is never easy. I don't do lures in surf to often. I might try it next time I get out to Florida again. Love this challenge you did. Maybe down the road you can do a west cost trip. Mix it up a little.
Lawson Lindsey... I really love the the videos man definitely something about the vibe you have. I can tell that you genuinely love fishing. Need to get up here to the Charlotte harbor, boca grand area.
Great video Bud. I think I would like to see a series where you target that monster Tarpon you're after. Even if you blank, I think you've got the personality and editing skills to give credit to the awesome fish either way.
I heard in your Q&A vid that Blair was your hero. He also got me into saltwater fishing. Go fish his home Waters of the space coast and Mosquito Lagoon sometime my dude. Great content as always as well🔥.
Do more fly fishing. Not a lot but sneak one in every month or so. Take a kayak and float down some famous clear spring rivers hunting LMB. Do more calabs with other fishing You Tubers like Monster Mike, Scott Martin, Googans, etc. We all love calabs. I'm in SC and I don't know a lot about FL or where you are located in FL but I have done some videos bass fishing canals just south of Lake Okeechobee and some salt canals west of Naples for snook just to get out of my comfort zone. I literally just went on Google Earth, found likely looking spots and then drove 12 hours to fish places I knew nothing about. Get crazy adventurous! Anyway, loved the video and good luck on spicing it up. Yeah, it's hard work! Love your channel, bro.
Very heavy. 😂🤣😂 Use to throwing 150+ gram lures. Yes it's heavy depending on ur setup. Go big or go home. Jus saying. Light tackle and micro is fun and always productive. I would love to see a big lure (100+ grams) shore session.
What kind of rod do you use for beach popping? I can't seem to get any decent distance on my 7ft heavy and a 1.5 oz halco rooster. I like going after Barramundi, small GTs and other trevally species.
I'm surprised you haven't done any pier fishing. Morning and night pier fishing are two different animals when it comes to fishing from a pier. Just my opinion. Keep up the great work!
Lawson….really like all your vids, but mostly the bank fishing as I had to get rid of my boat recently. If it won't give too much away, whenever you can, could you say where your fishing. I live in central which was good years ago, but I would try some new things
