Salty doesn't like the look of the clouds and is convinced it's going to rain, Bertha stumbles upon a novel method of preparing sausages, Sam has a tall tale about back when he was a game warden, Jenny teaches us how to raise and lower a boat, and the Sludges are on the hunt for a missing person.
The main educational theme of this one is about how water always seems to be moving in some way, and they come up with some interesting ways in which this is the case. The running joke about the thunder is good, but once again Mr and Mrs Sludge steal the show in the comedy stakes. The usual games and songs and all that are all present and correct too.
Look out for the Milkshake continuity at the beginning presented by Eddie, but showcasing a certain Colin the Cod, which is of course very fitting. Made in 1999, so as always the primary audience is those born in the 90s, and it's not created or uploaded for the kids of today. Just so we're clear on that.
