Beachcombing Sea glass With An Unexpected Surprise Find 

The joy of childen finding treasures warms my heart.

Very Healing for my Heart, the sights, sounds and the Delight you all exude. You're much stronger than me, as I could never resist at least a few sea shells, not.to mention some of those perfectly sliced agates and other rocks. Adored the (Worry Stone) at 13:59 and the lovely colorful stone that followed.. My Grandmother always carried a Worry Stone, as rubbing it soothes you and takes away the worries. : ) I only recently found out that when the time stamp is in blue, that (You) can click it and it immediately goes to that place in the vid. C00L! Kit's pretty small blue stone is "periwinkle blue". So Kate doesn't have a 'Popeye', but a 'Pipeye', Eh? : ) When you turn that bowl a certain way, it looks like a chubby little bird. Kate, as your vertebrae is a fossil, your citrus segment is very likely petrified. Things fossilize and petrify differently, according to the environment they are in when the petrification or fossilization occurs. Loved Oscars finds and missed Sunny.

Your orange stone looks like an agate, possibly carnelian. Some of your lovely pottery bits might make nice buttons, just by gluing on a button shank. Especially because you are knitters-Oscar's piece would be lovely on his jumper! Also, one other idea-I've been seeing on the internet people making Christmas trees with their beach glass-they are really lovely. And I know you have quite a collection! Thanks for sharing another lovely video.

A lovely day at the coast and nice to remember the warm summer. The clouds at the start looked like a seagull and octopus lol . Wow you found some beautiful sea glass and lovely pottery. I think the piece of stone is a shard of brown flint. Thank you for sharing

This is my second time watching, its all so lovely. The music the gentle sea washing ashore all the beautiful glass. Sorry I cannot remember the name of your younger brother but he is adorable too. Such openeness of giving you what he has found to look it over. I'm not leaving you or your mum out your so close to each other, you craft quietly and intently. Lastly the place I wanted to step through the screen and join you all. Great editing and photography, I am greedily saying please keep this up during the dreadful lockdown. Your encouraged to take some exercise by our Government and being two women you need to be together for safety. Immensly large span of the horizon and sea with the clouds merging with the rest of the vista. Magical thank you all for bringing me along with you it was great to get out. 😊

I think your orange stone is carnelian. I love Carnelian, it is so beautiful. Kate, you should make a pendant for youself with it as orange is your favorite color. Just to let you know, i have an orange coral color living room and it is so cozy in winter. Thanks for your videos, they keep me cozy and happy as well.

Such a beautiful calming place full of Agate, flint, chert, chalcedony and quarts stones from what I see very beautiful stones and glass! The glass reminds of those pretty bath salts they so frosted! and interesting shells too! Nice to see the creativeness run in the family! The orange stone could be carnelian or chert either way very beautiful! I was looking at some of the stones that were broke in half, amazing colors! The fish vertebrae although way bigger reminds me of the small vertebrae I found in a can of Mackerel!

The orange stone is a carnelian which is a type of agate. There were quite a few that I saw in the video. If the sun is shining at the right angle they will 'glow' just like the sea glass. Speaking of which, wow, so much sea glass! Cool fossil by the way. Possibly a fish vertebrae? I think Oscar is right you should pick up some of the shells to craft with. Stay safe, stay healthy and keep on filming.😁

Very old glass if it is buried in dirt and then is in the sun for a while it will turn purple. And after that yours tumbled and became sea glass. Wonderful. I love that

Absolutely wonderful video and finds!! I normally come to London from the USA about 4 times a year and several days I make it up north. This looks more south. Sadly I have not been able to come back this year. I would love a walk about with you when I get back!! So calming and peaceful. Sea glass is my favorite!!

Such a beautiful seashore. Lots of rocks, and sea glass. Oscar is at that stage in life where his features are changing into a young man. I wish children didn't grow up so fast. If each year was extended to a 24 month year, that would be better in a lot of ways.

I really enjoyed this one! I miss hunting and the satisfaction of finding that perfect piece! I used to go combing like once a week but both my knees are severely in need of replacement, so its been a couple of years since I've been able to walk on the shores. Certainly looks like an agate. I'm guessing the word Carnelian describes a certain colour of agate. I'll have to look that one up. The fossil appears to be a very large fish vertebra. Nice.
