I want to edge banding to 10mm. the 90 degree angles... My job is the round square, the maximum diameter is the 30 to 45 mm reduced. so how much bedroll wheel diameter required??

Is that during the step one process, when the video speeds up? Want to make sure I spot the same thing you may have. I can't see the prospect of a little static electricity being out of the question. Especially when it comes to this hemming process, there's a lot of friction happening between those dies and the material. Neat that it picked up on camera!
These are our adjustable shafts that are featured on our Jamey Jordan Signature Series Bead Rollers. It allows you to shift your top and/or bottom die up to 7/16" which gives you the ability to change the depth of your bead profiles.
Is Jamey's machine custom setup with the lower adjuster collar or are is that standard on the adjustable bead rollers now? I added the adjustable kit to my 24" and it only has the upper adjuster. Lower adjuster would be nice once in a while.
We just developed the lower adjustable shaft kits, they are part number 202-022-L for a 24" Bead Roller and includes everything you need to get it installed. People seem to dig it!
