I watch thousands of videos on RU-vid and yet when I watch Bealtaine Cottage it's like coming home and unwinding. Only your videos make me feel relaxed, listening to a friend telling me about her daily chores. Your truly a one off Collette.

Fabulous job with your hair, you look gorgeous! It just goes to show that you don't have to spend a small fortune to have a wonderful haircut and color. The whole place is absolutely beautiful. It rained yesterday so our snow is finally starting to melt here in Vermont. There are a lot of sticks that need to be picked up for drying here too. I love the haircut, I cut my own as well it’s much easier! Love seeing you work on the garden, I was out planting my fruit bushes this weekend and trying to clear all the old plastic and trash the previous owners of my cottage left for me 😅 hopefully my garden will one day look as good as yours 😍

I’ve always enjoyed feeding the birds, but since I have moved to a senior community & have a small back yard, there’s a problem with bringing the rats from the nearby woods. So that joy is no more. I just watch bluebirds build & raise babies. You have a beautiful & interesting place. My name is Patsy & I have a dog whose name is Yogi.

I have to say, I've been cutting my own for about 5 years now, and I love it. I've never enjoyed salons, or the price. I do variations on the wolf cut or shag, lots of layers on medium to long hair and it's quite fun. Yours looks so even and well done, it looks very professional.

Your cut and colour are very flattering and suit you very well. Well done! Who needs expensive hairdressers when you are as clever as you are! My hair is so fine I have been snipping my own for a few years now. It takes minutes to do and costs nothing. I have had no strange stares or comments even from the toughest critics (family) so i know I haven't messed up! lol.

We have had sunshine in Western Oregon, USA, for the last couple of days so it is a beautiful time here as well. I love your updates. I have two hyacinth bulbs blooming in my condo which are lovely. That little Pasty gall is such a sweet blessing to you and to us as well. I have limited plantings of Primeroses on my patio but I love their cheerful faces. It has been too cold at night to move my two Meyer Lemon plants to my patio since it has still been in 30s here even 27 a couple nights ago. I know that this is a faux Spring and we're probably going to get a severe frost maybe even an ice storm before April but the sunshine is glorious even if temps are still cold. Blessings to you two lovely souls - love your new hair cut.
