Gotta Take Everything Bear is saying with a Grain of Salt. Bear was an original Hat Gang Member and was born in 1967. What year did he switch over to 89ECC ? 89ECC had no Hand in turning 90 into NHC. That didn't happen until 88/89. Long after the 89ECC moved out of WC90 Hood. 89ECC Inspired the 90s to become West Coast 90 in 1983, but not NHC. WS NHC started in 1973. They didn't add 111th & 115th until 1978.
