Bear/Egypt Mashup Level [WIP Crash 2 Mod] 

Ahh... this makes me happy to watch. Crash modding has come far!

An animal from a cold, snowy habitat traversing across tombs in a hot, sandy area. You should call this level "Polar Opposites".

From someone who grew up with this game, is so fascinating to see these levels radically different. I never thought about a Polar level in another set. Bravo

This looks so good! The Egyptian levels are suited to Polar. Hopefully you can further unlock the game's potential as you keep modding.

When I saw the thumbnail i thought this was the N Sane Trilogy for a sec, that's how GOOD the original looked at the time

Well done! This is the kind of stuff that just proves how potential this game engine is. Speaking of which, this is just Crash 2 engine and not Crash 3 engine, and yet it prospers in Crash 3 assets. I wish Naughty Dog had made a Crash Maker back in 2001 for both PS1 and PS2 users to enjoy using. That would have been so epic~ Thank you for giving me that immersion! Also, 0:33 Crash is sad, but 0:35 he gets serious! XD

honestly, this could make no sense at first glance, how would a polar bear end up in an Egyptian tomb, but if you think about it, Polar lives with Crash and Coco now, so why can't he warp to the Egyptian levels with Crash ? I'm surprised they didn't do any Polar levels in the original. this looks awesome and fun to play, keep up the good work! name suggestion: Tomb Rider (if only Tomb Wader wasn't already a Tomb Raider pun)

I would love to know how this has been done?! EDIT: seriously how have you done this? I was trying to mod music 2000 for the ps1 and I followed a modding tutorial but I didn't find it very useful. I would be really interested to get some understanding of the massive amount of work you must have put into this.

Is this your idea for DLC levels for Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back? For Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back DLC, I think we will have to use a level that's based off of Astound the Skunks from the first Crash Bandicoot game, and it has to be in the same environment as one of the levels that already exists. The snow level might be a good environment for it, as we have snow death routes that have 2D movements.

Im surprised that a mechanic from crash 2 can work in warped, could other things work like Coco in polar levels or even in the wild pig levels from crash 1 or the engine is to diferent?
