Why are so many large ranch and farms going up for sale in CA? Has market topped out or are the owners getting concerned with the uncertainties of nature?

It's almost impossible to get fire insurance in California, and if you can it will be extremely expensive.

Beautiful area, but you're very isolated ( which I like) but you're not going to have access a lot of luxuries and healthcare is probably hit and miss as Redding is the only town of size.

Cost of living taxes are the problem along with the high level of crime and dumb politics that why everyone who has money is leaving

I would love the land and the hunting cabin, everything else is just an overindulgent and expensive headache. I've been retired since 2008 and am turning 70 in two weeks. Make fitness and health your number one hobby in retirement, it's better than money. We're still mountain biking and kite surfing across the west and Mexico and currently building a spectacular house with a billion dollar view overlooking the Sea of Cortes in Baja for less than $100K. After living in Shasta county for 15 years Baja is wonderfully cool in comparison!

Getting fire insurance for a place this size is going to be very expensive if Hawaii can catch fire then can you imagine where this place is at

Out of all the properties I've seen on this channel...and that's been all of them....THIS IS THE ONE! A few of my law enforcement partners and our families could finally relax and not have to watch over our shoulders when we retire next year! Mr. Renfrew, if you could just buy this for us and my family will just pay you 4k a month until our bloodline dies off. LOL But seriously, THE BEST property I've seen. Ok ok I admit, I copied my last comment from your last video and pasted it. But how was I to know that you were going to put my two favorite properties back to back!? Entrapment I tell ya!!!!
