Toronto Paramedic Services' Paramedics and Emergency Medical Dispatchers and Call Takers are friendly community helpers. In a medical emergency they will come and help when you call 9-1-1. A friendly helpful voice will answer the phone and ask you where you are located. They will also send the paramedics to help you with your medical emergency.
