In this video, I'm giving you my full review of the Gillette Fusion Proglide Styler.
Gillette touts this grooming device as an all-purpose trimmer, shaver and edger said to achieve any facial hair style.
At just under $23 on Amazon, the Gillette Styler sits at a decent price for the level of performance it commands.
The Fusion Styler is a Braun engineered power trimmer, featuring advanced technology for even beard trimming and ultimate maneuverability.
Accompanying the Gillette Styler trimmer are three beard comb attachments, lengths 2mm, 4mm and 6mm.
The Fusion Styler also includes one Gillette Proglide cartridge attachment and any Gillette Fusion razor blade refills can be used interchangably with the device.
On the reverse side of this Proglide Gillette razor, is the precision trimmer, which allows you to create crisp, defined lines and finishing touches.
For power, the unit runs on 1 AA battery and lacks a charging capability. According to Gillette, this should last anywhere from 1 to 1.5 months, based on average shaving.
Additionally, the Gillette Styler is fully water proof and shower-safe, and an organizer is included.
Overall, I'm impressed with the results of this all-purpose trimmer. The Gillette Fusion Proglide Styler is reasonably priced, quality made, and gets the job done.
For those who shave and occasionally grow facial hair throughout the year, this is a good fit. But for those with longer beards, not shaving to the skin, a Multigroom 3000 priced at $16.95 on Amazon would be a better fit in this price range.
Ultimately, those looking for a higher-quality precision trimmer for face, head and body that can edge, detail, and foil shave should consider the Philips Multigroom 7000.

- 3 beard guards (2mm, 4mm, 6mm)
- Gillette Fusion Proglide razor and attachment
- Organizer
- 1 AA battery

Hi I hope you're doing great!! I just got one, and i have a question.. When you put the razor 🪒 (the piece with blades) the head of the machine (trimmer) comes off a little... is it normal?.. when you remove the razor, you can see even a little the electronic system of the trimmer..... Thank you!

Can you attach a Fusion 4 blade head on it? Personally I use a Bic 3 blade atm. I notice that anything more than 3 will cause me irritation but unfortunately I can’t find any 3 blade cartridge from their fusion line :/

@@GroomReviewsFirst of all thanks for replaying. I ve been using it for almost a year , and Im very pleased whit the results . Only setbacks are the non reusable bateries , and blades that are pretty much expencive but they are worth the price . After a while i realised you can DIY it whit usb cable and power brick and use it like that ( loses the waterproofness ) but that isnt big deal . I hope I helped all of you who wants to try the Proglide Styler.

As I stated in the video, the Gillette Fusion ProGlide Styler is best suited for someone that shaves down to the skin and occasionally has the need to trim when they grow out smaller profile facial hair. The Styler performed well for me and it is a good product. Aside from the cost of replacement blades and AA batteries, I think this item would work well for those already used to shaving. That said, for those with grown out beards who don't plan on shaving, but are looking for precision and detailing of their beard, the Philips Norelco Multigroom 3000, Wahl Lithium Ion Plus and Multigroom 7000 are better options to look into at their varying price points. Hi, Carlos. You have the option of turning the machine on or leaving off while shaving. As far as its effect on the shave, it's one of those things that is going to come down to personal preference and what each individual finds works best for them. Without those combs is this the closest shave you get to the skin? I mean does it close shave better than 0.4mm. In thinking to buy either this one or the Philips 5100 you reviewed, but I don't know if 0.4mm is enough for that stubble look.. How many mm does this Styler have without those combs? :D I know it's a lot of questions, if you have time to answer I would be grateful, but as always great video and keep up the good work! :D

Hi, Moses. 0.4mm is the closest I've seen the beard trimmers I've reviewed to-date cut at. The next step would be trimming with an actual razor against the skin. 0.4mm is a great height for a 2-3 day stubble look and should work well.
