Hey guys! Here's my simple/quick/not-much-talking video update on my Yeard project. Today I hit (7) months and I'm very pleased so far...to tell you the truth...there's no looking back! Until you have personally hit each of these marks you'll never really know what it truly means to grow a beard. You can't judge/interpret/experience that which does not exist for you.
I'm still working out (free weights mostly; need to mix it up a bit, though) and keeping my diet clean avoiding that with an ingredient list. I have to increase my veggies as I tend toward organic chicken/beef and fruit at each meal -no carbs or at least rarely. Definitely no breads as most are now 50% gluten; a nasty, difficult-to-digest protein. Blah, Blah, Blah.
