It really may be the total lack of expression that reptiles and amphibians have that make it more tolerable. Dogs and cats are very expressive, so adding extra little text is redundant at best and incorrect at worst (not that that's a huge matter of importance). With a reptile, it's just an addition to essentially a blank wall of a creature. Like adding a picture to a blank wall over slapping a picture over a chunk of a window

Another thing the way his tail is like a scorpion's cuz of the way she holds it up is amazing

It is, and i also get annoyed when i see the stupid texts pop up for pets, but the blank stare on the lizard makes it acceptable. Also the comments saying something along the lines of “i WiLl DeStrOy dA WoRlD hOoMaN!!!” are incredibly annoying, they arent funny at all and everyone makes those jokes so it isnt original in any way, im sure youve seen one at least. But then again humor is subjective so maybe some people do find those repetitive jokes funny.

With dogs its overdone and the text takes up too much space compared to these small texts

I once watched mine breathe over top of a grasshopper for several minutes, only to do a u turn and go after another. They’re like a Trex, only see motion. I believe they do actually have terrible depth perception, quite odd for a predator.

It’s the opposite for me I am a green iguana owner his name is dagger and he’s currently about two feet and when I first got him in April from underground reptiles he was very stressed as that made sense and he dashed around the entirety of my house in 10 seconds I’ve had it him for a few months now and now he lets me pick him up and hold him and doesn’t even run away in fact even comes up to me to play bc he starts scratching at my finger to get my attention and to pet him and when I stop he goes to scratching my finger again it’s rly cute and when he’s done being outside his cage he literally climbs up the curtains and jumps back in his cage instead of me just picking him up he’s a very funny and playful little fellow love him

Oh no this isn't climbing. From my research, it seems to be more the color of the space, usually being white. When exposed to white surfaces, young beardies typically don't understand them, after all imagine if a color you haven't really experienced just showed up out of the blue, and thus they go to explore it The issue is Beardies are both super intelligent but really, REALLY dumb and thus they charge into the wall at full speed until they are older.

Evolution conditions them to expect imperfect, natural surfaces, with cracks and angles they can latch onto with their gnarly feet, and they can climb pretty much anything like that. But when they're faced with manmade objects like walls that are designed specifically to avoid any kind of imperfection or angles they can't deal with it. That makes a lot more sense to me.
