It's either mother nature, or the democrats! I'm 99% sure it's the democrats though, because they said it was them on my favorite podcast called, Godcast.
@@animalmother9339 I know, remember when Americans were SO scared of like, 12 terrorists that made into the US for like 15 years. LOL literally nothing happened after 9-11 and people were SO scared. pussies. am i right? scared like some wittle baby austrawlians. too good!! Update: being scared of covid makes 1000x more sense than being scared of terrorsits, if you actually consider a risk to your life a reasonable fear. being scared of the middle east is the pussiest thing of all, well played america. LOL
@@reginaldpitifuqmcgee420 butt is it really drinking then? 😅.... Seriously though that's actually horrible advice, don't tell random people that, people die from doing that.
Interesting…. So it’s basically like a pussworm, or, what we called growing up in East Texas, an asp - only in the ocean. Asps are covered in hairs that are actually tiny little poisonous quills that you have to use tape to get out and are incredibly painful. I touched one by accident and only got 4-5 quills in my and was the worst pain I’ve ever experienced in my life!
@@aleksitjvladica. I think they meant put *rubbing alcohol or vinegar on the affected area; not to drink alcohol or vinegar -- OP was joking 🤣 (although I think drinking alcohol will be more effective than drinking vinegar lol)
You can sponge the affected area with clear ammonia. Do not use ammo is that has detergent in it. Only clear ammonia is safe to use. Ammonia will rapidly neutralize the irritants. It works wonderfully.
Anyone who has ever had a reef aquarium knows exactly what these little critters are and capable of. Thankfully they are super secretive and shy. But they can grow into foot long or more monsters under the right circumstances and then all bets are off.
Oh yeah. My system is over 10yrs now, and I've unfortunately had a couple of my fingertips "burnt off occasionally." One day, I'll learn my lesson , i hope lol
Ever heard of the gimpy-gimpy It's an Australian plant It can cause extreme pain and skin sensitivity for years. I don't blame you for thinking this worm isn't a "nightmare"though. Nature is just scary sometimes. Also most people expect your examples. Most people don't see a slimy little worm as a potential threat.
Irradiate one of these for the next Godzilla movie… it’s only rather creepy AF in its normal size, so we should make it the size of multiple city blocks to make it absolute nightmare fuel
I don’t know who was paid to decide what footage to use, but they definitely failed in cutting the footage just before he put the worm in that cup of water! I wanted to see what it looked like as it sent its gills out 🙄
@@0megacron Thank you, but I realize that. It was explained in the video. I wanted to see the actual process, what it looks like as the bristles are expanding or retracting. Apparently the worm also changes color when it gets in the water. It would've been interesting to see the transformation as it was happening. So far I haven't found a video where someone shows the process.
@@garfoonga1 You must be a liberal, cause you clearly didn't read what I actually said before replying. I know what it looks like in water. I know what it looks like out of water. They look like totally different creatures between the two. It would be interesting to see them in the process of changing. Just in case you skipped that last part, I said "IN THE PROCESS OF CHANGING". Did you get that? Make sense?
We have Saddlebacks that have green backs and hide, where else, in green leafed bushes. Fireworms aren't hiding in camouflage, so I think I'd rather watch my step for a while.
@MyCatJeff no they didn't they live on reefs... you find them in reef aquariums all the time when they hitch rides on any live rock you add to the aquarium. Beneficial for the tank but they get huge and their stings suck.
I am so with you on that. I wish broken hearts only lasted a half an hour. I’m sorry you are aware of this because that means you have been hurt by people. Just remember, you are good enough, and if not, walk away and never look back my friend. Stay strong.
