Always been fascinated with this aspect of your practice. I absolutely consider your intense workouts to be a crucial bit of your eating, and imagined you agreed. Noticed myself a huge uptick in how much I could put down calorie wise once I ramped my activity level up. Kudos Beard for all your successes, and thank you for sharing the process!

Back in the 30 and 40 s far more work was physical and virtually no one had cars so people didn’t want to do physical culture after work which may account for less gyms back in the day

So office workers didn’t exist 50, 100, wait even 200 years ago? Quite literally every single person on earth did a physical job in this vaguely determined “back in day”?! Thanks for that Scott, that’s really blow my mind.

My grandfather a man from the depression always hated seeing me lift weights. In his eyes it was a waste of time and energy. You could be building fence or pouring concrete instead. He is right. Put your efforts into life not some static piles of metal.
