We will be releasing a softer balm within month or 2 once we perfect the ingredients and have them tested. We went with a stiffer balm but I understand there is an interest in both. Thank you for watching really appreciate it , was very happy to see the scent duration carry into the day , there is a lot of people how like hard balm , for me a softer balm is my preference , I would say yes if you can offer hard and soft balm perfect , think you just have to judge what is selling more hard balm or soft then go from there
