1. What is an oven shower..??
- The oven-shower is to wait 2-3 minutes without removing the tray in the oven after baking. (with open the oven door)
2. How to dry in the oven..?? (high temp.)
- 1st preheating - turn off - put the tray in to the oven (at this time the temperature drops to 90-100℃) - 2nd preheating - start to dry, until the temperature reaches 120℃ again (with open the oven door) - close the door and bake - oven shower
Look at the subtitles in the videos, there is detailed temperature.
3. What is the name of baking mat..??
- This is called a teflon sheet.
4. How long do you whisk meringue or do macaronage with mixer..??
- It's not important how long I did.
Because we have different machines and environment..!
You should check the cocsistency of meringue or mixture frequently.
5. What kind of colors do you use?
- Chefmaster liquid colors
You can get it on 'Amazon.com'
6. What ia your oven and type..?
- My ovens are UNOX 135 and convection type.
7. Where can I get the templetes..?
- I made all templetes myself and I am not
sharing now.. Sorry..! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
8. Do you left or bake immediately..?
- As I already explained, I do not leave it because I am drying in the oven at high temperatures for 2-3min.
It is a very useful and convenient tip to reduce the time required.
Also you can get shiny and smooth shells.
9. What kind of eggs do you use? fresh eggs or aged eggs?
- I usually use fresh eggs. But' It doesn't matter what kind of eggs you use.
10. Why do you cook in a double boiler?
This is called 'Swiss mering method'. You can
make more stable and strong meringue.

지금 영상속 분이 슈가빈 님 맞으신가요? 슈가빈님은 손이 통통해서 제가 부러워했는데 언제부턴가는 손이 얇아졌는데 무슨 일이 있었나요? 그리고 마카롱 만들때 아몬드가루,설탕,흰자 비율도 좀 알려주시면 고맙겠습니다.

Your skill level with piping is insanely perfect… I only wish I could duplicate the oven drying… mine shuts off if the door is open…

That is what I do also. Mine is on top so I have to put two oven mitts or a kitchen towel.

오늘도 홀리듯이 보고 있네요 😍 보면서 힐링되는 예전에 올려주신 달걀 1개 레시피로 오늘 만들어 봤는데요 슈가빈님 처럼 매끈한 꼬끄는 넘 어렵네요ㅠㅠㅠ 마카로나쥬를 덜 해서 그럴 수도 있을까요?? 혹시 아몬드 가루를 한번 더 갈아서 쓰시거나 하는지,,, 궁금해서 여쭤봐요^^ 항상 영상보고 감탄하고 많이 배워요❤️

ㅎㅎㅎ 감사합니다! 사실 매끈한 꼬끄는 모든 조건이 딱 맞아 떨어져야해서 초보자의 영역은 아니구요🤣🤣 나쥬를 덜 하시면 오히려 덜 매끈해요. 그렇다고 오버하면 안되고,, 어렵죠~~ 분말은 갈아서 쓰지 않아도 충분히 매끈하게 할 수 있습니다!💕

Every macaron that you do is precious 💕 when you pack the macaron in a plastic bag , do you put them back in the fridge ???

It doesn't matter which egg you use because you should cook in double boiler to make swiss meringue.😉😉🧡 Thank you!
